Emuride app enables you to share the cost of the drive between a driver and a passenger in an automated way. You can even travel together by bike or in walking groups. The purpose of the app is to create a community, connect people who might be living nearby and travelling to the same places. You can share the cost or even offer a ride for free. How to Use Emuride
Select if you are driving or need a ride. On your first use, upload your documents as prompted by the app.
Enter your preferred pick-up, drop-off location and travel date.
Review suggested ride details. If you don’t get an exact match but it’s close enough, start the booking process, suggest to driver your pick-up and drop-off location or get in touch with the driver via an in-built chat option to discuss the preferred pick-up and drop-off arrangements.
Choose your ride, select number of seats you need, check the cost split, and pay using in-app wallet which you top up through a secure Stripe payment gateway.
Get notified when the driver starts the pools, track the driver as they approach and travel together.
Rate your driver to help to keep the community transparent and reliable.
Add your route, schedule, and available seats.
Review and accept booking requests including any custom pick-up and drop-offs.
Start the ride when you get in the car. This way your passenger can see on their phone when you are likely to arrive. Use in-app navigation to head towards your passengers for a smooth meetup.
